2.Mr.R.Sethuraman, Learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 to 3.

3.This Writ Petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to close the bore well dug by the fourth respondent in the Kanmoi situated at Vadakampatti Village, Karumathur Post, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District by considering the representation given by the petitioner dated 13.01.2018 within the time stipulated by this Court. 4.Learned Special Government Pleader seeks time towards consideration of the representation.

5.Without going into the merits of the case and recording the above submission of learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition shall stand disposed of, with a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of petitioner, dated 13.01.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
