2)That the Appeallant / Insurance Company be and hereby is directed to deposit the entire award amount, less the amount already deposited, with accrued interest at the rate of 7.5% p.a. from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ date of petition till the date of realization, excluding the period 05.10.2008 to 19.12.2013, within a period of eight weeks from the
date of receipt of a copy of this judgment;
3)That on such deposit being made, the claiments be and are hereby are permitted to withdraw the award amount as apportioned by the Tribunal and 4)That there be no costs in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
