ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to withdraw the petitioner's complaint, dated 15.12.2022 in CSR No. 577 of 2022, from the file of the second respondent and entrust the same to any other officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police for further investigation, based on the representation, dated 27.12.2022.

2.It is not in dispute that the complaint itself was given on 15.12.2022 and CSR No.577 of 2022 was registered on the same day and the same is pending. The petitioner has not whispered a valid reason or ground for seeking change of investigation at this point of time. 3.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to pass any orders.
