ORDER
The matter has been listed today under the caption "for extension of time for trail Court".
2.By order, dated 30.01.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in A.S.No.125 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Thereafter, on the request made by the Court below, this Court, vide orders, dated 09.07.2025, 23.07.2024, 30.01.2025, had granted further time to comply with the order, dated 30.01.2024.
3.The Court below has now again submitted a letter in D.No. 11354/2025, dated 09.12.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order, dated 30.01.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.
4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended finally from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order, dated 30.01.2024. 30.01.2026 cmr To The Additional District Judge (Fast Track), Nagercoil.
