J U D G M E N T

When the matter came up for hearing on 19.07.2022, the appeal was directed to be listed today i.e., on 28.07.2022 stating that the appellant has to take a steps in a week, failing which, the appeal suit shall stand dismissed for default on that day. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the appellant has not complied with the earlier order of this Court. This shows that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the appeal for default.
