ORDER : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioners in both cases, the court made the following order:- These review applications were filed to review the common order dated 09.12.2020 passed in CRP (MD) Nos.2217 and 2218 of 2008. 2/3

The common order dated 09.12.2020 was passed on the basis of the representation made by the counsel for the revision petitioners that he is not pressing the relief sought in the Civil Revision Petitions as the petitioner is inclined to settle the issue between the parties.

It is now submitted by the learned counsel for the review applicants that no such settlement has been arrived at between the parties, therefore, the present Review Applications are filed. However, after advancing his arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the Review Applicants sought liberty to proceed further in a manner known to law, based on the outcome of the suit in O.S. No. 551 of 1994.

Having regard to the above submissions, the learned counsel for the Review Applicants is directed to serve notice to the respondents returnable by three weeks. Private notice is also permitted. Post after three weeks.
