JUDGMENT

This matter was referred to mediation at the instance of the parties and mediation agreement was reached on 17.09.2018. The details of the compromise reached between the parties is set out in the said agreement. It appears that the same dispute regarding the payment to be made to the 20th respondent has also been sorted out before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court on 26.11.2018.

2.In view of the same, the compromise reached before the Mediation Centre is recorded and there shall be a decree in terms of the compromise in the appeal. The memo of compromise before the mediation centre shall form part of the decree. 3.Accordingly, this Appeal Suit is disposed in terms of compromise. However, there shall be no order as to costs in this appeal. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
