The first respondent was served and name prinited in the cause-list, but none appears on behalf of her. Moreover, the appellant is not ready to argue the appeal.

2.In view of the above, the appeal suit is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
