JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.) Earlier, on 30.09.2021, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants as well as the respondents would submit that since they have no instructions, they have withdrawn their appearance.

2. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the appellants as well as the respondents in the cause list and the matter was directed to be listed today ie., on 06.10.2021, under the caption, 'for dismissal'.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the appellants as well as the respondents are called absent. In the said circumstances, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs.
