This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.3704 of 2019, dated 02.11.2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that already confiscation proceedings was passed, hence remedy open to the petitioner is to prefer an appeal only before the Sessions Court.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to prefer an appeal before the appropriate forum. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
