O R D E R

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code seeking for a direction to the third respondent not to harass him and his wife under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would contend that the third respondent is enquiring the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent and that he is not harassing the present petitioner.

3.Since the main grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent is harassing him and his wife under the guise of an enquiry, the third respondent is directed to follow the guidelines issued in the decision in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610.
