ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.180 of 2019 within time stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted even though charge sheet has been filed in the year 2019, no witness has been examined till date and the accused in this case has been protracting the proceedings. Therefore, the petitioner seeks for expeditious conduct of the trial in the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram.
3. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
4. Considering the nature of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.180 of 2019 in Crime No.47 of 2015 as expeditiously as 2/4
possible within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
