JUDGMENT

The present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed being aggrieved by the dismissal of the claim petition before the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Tirunelveli, recording that there was no injury to the claimant.

2. This appeal is of the year 2005. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the appellant. This shows that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
