When the matter was taken up for hearing on 27.06.2022, this Court has directed the appellants to take steps to implead the other legal heirs of the deceased first appellant in both appeals.

2.Today (08.07.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the appellants and the order of this Court dated 27.06.2022 has not been complied with. Therefore, these Appeal Suits stand dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
