ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records in FIR connection with Crime No.442 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same in so far as above petitioner is concerned.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.2683 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above C.C. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
