O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed complaining willful disobedience of the respondents in implementing the order dated 28.06.2024 in WP(MD)No.13856 of 2024.

2.This Court prima facie satisfied that the order of this Court is not complied with and issued statutory notice for the appearance of the respondents.

3.Accordingly, today, Thiru.T. Anand I.A.S., and Thiru.S.Thiruppathi, respondents 1 and 2 herein are present before this Court.

4. During the course of hearing, the learned senior counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that against the order of the learned Single Judge, they preferred writ appeal and the same was dismissed on 13.05.2025 and immediately thereafter, by 28.03.2025, they issued proceedings to implement the order of this Court. 5.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they received payment on 16.04.2025.

6. Considering the above facts, it appears that though the orders of this Court is complied with, admittedly, there is a delay in implementing the order. The respondents filed their affidavits wherein, they tendered unconditional apology for the delay caused in implementing the order of this Court.

7.The learned Senior Counsel for the respondents would submit that considering the unconditional apology tendered by the respondents,

this contempt petition may be closed by taking lenient view towards the respondents.

8.Considering the request of the learned senior counsel appearing for the respondents, this Court intends to take lenient view towards the respondents for the delay caused in implementing the order of this Court.

9. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. The respondents shall be careful and vigilant in implementing the order of this Court in true letter and spirit in future. This Court is making it clear that if orders are not complied within the time stipulated by this Court in future, series note will be taken.
