Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners / accused Nos.1 to 4 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, on the file of the respondent police and they seek anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioners are said to have received some amount from the defacto complainant. Subsequently, they failed to repay the amount and scolded the defacto complainant using filthy language and also threatened her with dire consequences. Therefore, the defacto complainant lodged a complaint and the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.77 of 2018, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Aralvoimozhi Police Station, Aralvoimozhi, Kanyakumari District.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl side) appearing for the respondent.

4.It is submitted that no injury has been caused to the defacto complainant and there is no previous case registered against any of the petitioners.
5.Considering these aspects, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Boothapandi and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two common sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 6.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
