ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused No.1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.11.2024 for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120(b) of IPC in Crime No.13 of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2. Earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn in Crl.O.P.(md).No.22383 of 2024 by an order dated 19.12.2024 and this Court does not find any change in circumstances and the investigation is still pending.

3. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
