Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner apprehends that he may be dispossessed from the petition mentioned land.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents clarifies that there is no proposal to evict the petitioner as of now. If any proceeding is to be taken, the official respondents would definitely serve notice on the petitioner and take request to appropriate provisions. 4.Recording the said submission, they will adhere to due process of law. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
