2. Mr.R.Saravana Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents.

3. Mr.N.Mohan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the Head of Volley Ball Club, Chithirappatti Village, Turaiyur and that the Volley Ball Tournament is to be conducted on 9.01.2021 and 10.01.2021. His further submission is that he has submitted a representation dated 24.12.2020 to the second respondent seeking permission to conduct the said Tournament and so far, no action has been taken by the respondents.

4. In the circumstances, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as early as possible. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
