DECREE:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal having come up for final hearing on this day and upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Tribunal and the material papers to the Appeal and upon hearing the arguments of MRS.J.PADMAVATHI DEVI, Advocate for the Appellants and of Mr.A.S.MATHIALAGAN, Advocate for second respondent and of Mr.M.PRAKASH, Advocate for the third respondent and Respondent No.1 dismissed, vide order of this Court dated 04.11.2019, this Court while dismissing the appeal doth order and decree as follows:-

(1) That the judgment and decree passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Sub Court), Periyakulam dated 26.07.2006 and made in M.C.O.P.No.360 of 2003, be and hereby is confirmed and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed.
