ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for 'Extention of time' and upon reading earlier order dated 24/02/2023 and perusing the requisition submitted by the II Additional District Munsif, District Munsif (FAC), Madurai Taluk, in D.No.425 dated 17/10/2024 through the Principal District Judge, Madurai vide D.No.10288 dated 21/10/2024 seeking further two months time granted for dispose of the case in O.S.No.133/2021, this Court made the following order:

This Court, in the above Writ Petition, by an order, dated 24.02.2023, directed the learned District Munsif (FAC), Madurai Taluk, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.133 of 2021 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

2. Now, the learned District Munsif (FAC), Madurai Taluk, has submitted a letter, dated 17.10.2024, requesting for further time of three months to dispose of the suit, stating that the suit is in the stage of cross-examination of D.W.3.

3. Considering the request of the learned District Munsif (FAC), Madurai Taluk, the time is extended by three months from today for disposing of the suit.

4. It is seen that almost two years have elapsed since the disposal of the Writ Petition and, therefore, it is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted and the direction of this Court must be complied with in letter and spirit

within the extended period of three months.
