2. The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 04.12.2020.

3. Mr.R.Saravana Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) accepts notice for the respondents and would contend that the representation dated 04.12.2020 submitted by the petitioner was registered as CSR.No.367 of 2020 by the second respondent and after enquiry, it was closed on 06.01.2021, since the petitioner withdrew his complaint on 16.12.2020.

4. Recording the said submissions, this petition is dismissed. No costs.
