This Review Application has been filed against the order passed by this Court in C.R.P.(MD).No.1645 of 2019, dated 21.11.2019.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent has mislead this Court as if Section 28A of the Minimum Wages (Tamil Nadu) Rules, 1953, is applicable to the facts of the present case and this Court has also passed the order dated 21.11.2019.

3. This Court heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.
