By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final hearing.

2. The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 19.12.2020.

3. Mr.R.Saravana Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) accepts notice for the respondents and would contend that the representation dated 19.12.2020 submitted by the petitioner was registered as CSR.No.394 of 2020 and that the counter complaint filed by Krishnaveni, sister of the petitioner was registered as CSR.No.366 of 2020. His further contention is that summons were sent to both the parties to appear before the police on 16.12.2020 and the petitioner did not appear.

4. The prayer of the petitioner is to consider his representation dated 19.12.2020 within a stipulated time. In such circumstances, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order / uploading of the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
