The appeal suit is of the year 2010. For the past 12 years, the appeal suit is pending before this Court without any progress. Sufficient opportunity has been given to the appellant to prosecute the appeal suit. The appellant is not ready to prosecute the appeal suit.Therefore, the appeal suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
