This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking a direction against the third Respondent to register F.I.R in the light of the direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kulithalai in Crl.M.P.No.2615 of 2023 dated 26.09.2023.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the direction of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kulithalai, the third Respondent conducted enquiry and a final report was laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kulithalai. The Petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kulithalai
