********* The appeal suit is pending from the year 2010. Even the learned counsel for the appellants is not in a position to say whether all the appellants are alive or not and so far, no memo has been filed reporting the death of some of the appellants. Even without any progress, the appeal suit is pending from the year 2010. When the matter was listed for hearing on 13.6.2022, at request of the learned counsel for the appellants, the matter stands adjourned to 22.06.2022. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellants is not ready to argue the appeal suit.

2.In view of the same, the appeal suit is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
