2017 in for the appearance of the petitioners in pursuant of the order of this Honourable Court for another 15 days Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.JEYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in CRL MP(MD)No.11630 of 2017 in CRL OP(MD)No.15564 of 2017, dated 22.12.2017.
2. This Court, by order dated 15.11.2017 made in CRL OP(MD) No.15564 of 2017, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directed them to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioners did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, they filed CRL MP https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
(MD)No.11630 of 2017 for extension of time. This Court, vide order dated 22.12.2017, granted two weeks time to comply with the order dated 15.11.2017. Due to financial crunch, the petitioners did not comply with the said order. Hence, they have approached this court with the present petition for extension of time.
