This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of the order dated 09.09.2016 made in I.A.No.10 of 2012 in O.A.No.5 of 2011 on the file of the Special Judge for Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors Act Cases, Madurai, whereby, the interim attachment made on the subject property was raised. This order was set aside by this Court on 08.12.2017 in CMA(MD).No.719 of 2017 and CMA(MD). No.1083 of 2017.

2. Since the order impugned in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has already been set aside, nothing survives for adjudication. This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
