This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police to file final report in Crime No.5 of 2013, within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions would submit that after completing investigation in Crime No.5 of 2013, the first respondent police has filed final report before the Court concerned and the same was taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Madurai, in C.C.No.21 of 2017.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
