favour of the petitioner pursuant to the death of Thiru. R.Suryaprakash, Son of Raveendran.

O R D E R

The Petitioner's grand son Raveendran had died. The wife of Raveendran had also died. They have no children. The petitioner therefore, claims right as class - II legal heir. The respondent, however, had rejected such recognition.

2. The impugned order is set aside and the matter is remitted back to the respondent with a direction to issue notice to the petitioner and any other interested parties and thereafter, conduct an enquiry and then pass necessary orders. The entire exercise must be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this 2/4

order.

3. With the above directions, the Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
