2.It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the respondent has taken up the matter to the Hon'ble Supreme Court, hence, the request for fixing the time limit for compliance of the order passed by this Court has become redundant.

3.In light of the above, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
