This revision petition is filed to direct the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Madurai to expeditiously dispose of SA.No.313/2018.

2. Since no adverse order against the respondent is supposed to be passed in the present petition, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Since the Second Appeal is pending for the past three and half years, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed with a direction to the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Madurai to dispose of SA.No.313/2018 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
