This Writ Petition has been filed,for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to fix and pay equal and uniform salary to the Special Educators/Special Teachers working under Sarva Shiksha Scheme in School Education Department of different States of India based on my representation dated 25.8.2018, within the time limit fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Mr.A.Srinivasan, learned Central Government Standing Counsel takes notice for the first respondent and Mrs.S.Srimathi, learned
Special Government Pleader takes notice for the second respondent. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that they will consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 25.8.2018 within the time limit specified by this Court.
4.Taking note of the above submission, the respondent concerned is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 25.8.2018 and pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with the rules and after providing an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner and other interested parties, if any, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment to do so. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
