ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry by involving a civil dispute.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in respect of financial dispute complaint has been given against the petitioner and her husband and enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass her.
