ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the first respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner. 2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the representation dated 07.12.2020 submitted by the petitioner with the first respondent was registered as Current Petition No.108/B1PS/DGL/2020, and it is still pending for enquiry. 3.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the representation, dated 07.12.2020, submitted by the petitioner, after affording reasonable opportunity to the second respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
