This petition has been filed seeking quashment of proceedings in S.C.No.673 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case in S.C.No.673 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, has been ended in acquittal and nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioners in this petition become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
