Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in pertaining to the impugned tender notification issued by the respondent in Bid Invitation No.07SE/TBC/2019-2020, dated 27.11.2019 and to quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent to issue fresh tender following due process of law and World Bank Regulations.
