RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 14 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition against the Decree and Judgment in R.C.A.No.13/ 17 passed by the learned Rent Control Appellate Tribunal cum Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli dated 08.10.2018 and thus render justice. PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR53566 of 2018:

To set aside the Decree and judgment passed by the learned Rent Control Appellate Tribunal cum Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli dated 08.10.2018 made in R.C.A.No.13/2017 confirming the Fair and Decreetal order made in R.C.O.P.No.14 of 2015 dated 06.10.2017 passed by the Rent Control Tribunal/1st Additional District Court, Tirunelveli.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.THALAIMUTHARASU, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 14 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition.

2.On a perusal of the records, it shows that this Court by an order dated 08.02.2019, condoned the delay on condition that the petitioner should deposit the arrears of rent for a sum of Rs.57,000/- before the learned Rent Control Appellate Tribunal-CumSubordinate Judge, Tirunelveli to the credit of R.C.A.No.13 of 2017, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of that order, failing which the petition will dismissed automatically. Since the petitioner did not comply with the same, the matter was posted under the caption "for reporting compliance" on 28.02.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner produced the memo before this Court for that effect.

4.In view of the memo filed by the petitioner, the delay of 14 days in filing the civil revision petition is condoned. 5.Registry is directed to number the civil revision petition, if it is otherwise in order.
