This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the 1st Respondent to transfer the investigation in connection with the Crime No.196 of 2024 on the file of the 3rd Respondent to any other competent investigation agency.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this case, the 3rd respondent on completion of investigation filed a charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate, Iluppur, Pudukottai District and the same was numbered as C.C.No.159 of 2024..

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
