ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction, directing the respondents 3 and 4 to rectify the error which was made by them in the petitioner's properties in Survey Nos.312/8, 332/1, 336/1 and 336/7 situated at Udayarkulam Village, Tiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 15.02.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 15.02.2023, after issuing notice to the parties concerned and after affording due opportunity of hearing to them and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
