: Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent/The Commissioner, Tirunelveli Corporation to take appropriate action for entering the proper name of Petitioner's deceased husband Sudalaiyandi @ Durairaj instead of Durairaj in the Death Register of respondent which is also certified by the Tahsildar, Tirunelveli Taluk, Tirunelveli District, on the basis of the Petitioner's representation submitted before the respondent through RPAD on 26.11.2019 to be considered within the time stipulated by this Court.

************* This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent/The Commissioner, Tirunelveli Corporation to take appropriate action for entering the proper name of Petitioner's deceased husband Sudalaiyandi @ Durairaj instead of Durairaj in the Death Register of respondent which is also certified by the Tahsildar, Tirunelveli Taluk, Tirunelveli District, on the basis of the Petitioner's representation submitted before the respondent through RPAD on 26.11.2019.
