DECREE: This Appeal coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Lower Court, and the material papers of the appeal and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Srinivasa Raghavan, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.K.Kumaravel, Advocate for the 2nd Respondent, this Court while disposing of the Appeal and in modification of the Order of the Tribunal below, doth Order and decree as follows:- 1)That , the award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Subordinate Court), Srivilliputhur, dated 30/03/2012 made in MCOP.No.225/2008 be and is hereby enhanced to the sum of Rs.50,846/- (Rupees Fifty thousand Eight Hundred and Forty Six only) together with 7.5% interest p.a., from the date of Petition till the date of deposit and costs

2) That, as the entire amount has been deposited by the Appellant herein/Insurance Company, on proper application being filed the Claimant shall be paid her amount less amount if any, already received and 3)That , there be no costs in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
