JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed against the fair and executable order passed in G.W.O.P.No.39 of 2014, dated 08.11.2017, on the file of the Principal District Court, Theni. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the appellant, respondents 1 and 2 and their respective counsels are present before this Court. The identifications of the parties were verified by this Court, in addition to the confirmation of the identity by their counsel. Both the learned counsel for the appellant and the respondent submitted that both parties have amicably settled the dispute between themselves and arrived at a compromise and reduced the same into writing. To that effect, they have filed a compromise memo, dated 10.08.2018 along with mutual consent agreement.

3.Recording the said compromise memo and the mutual consent agreement, dated 10.08.2018, signed by both the parties and their respective counsels, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of. No costs. The compromise memo and the mutual consent agreement, dated 10.08.2018, shall form part of this judgment.
