JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed against the order dated 28.03.2005 made in W.C.No.72 of 2003 on the file of the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Tirunelveli.

2. Heard the learned Special Government Pleader and perused the materials available on record.

The learned Special Government Pleader has submitted that the entire decree amount of Rs.2,67,252/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Sixty Seven Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Two only) and the interest amount of Rs.2,03,112/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Three Thousand One Hudred and Twelve only) have already deposited before the Deputy Commissioner of 2/4

Labour Court, Tirunelveli. The said submission is recorded. In view of the same, nothing survives in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

4. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
