JUDGMENT
The learned Counsel appearing for the appellant represented that at the time of filing of appeal, the minor was aged about 12 years and now, she completed 18 years of age and attained majority. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents also admitted the same.
2. In view of the representation made by both the parties, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
