ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5. 2/4

Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondents 6 to 10 is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner wants encroachment in Survey No.33 situated at Karamangalam Village, Arimalam Panchayat Union, Thirumayam Taluk to be removed.

3.We direct the third respondent to conduct survey. If encroachments are noticed, notices shall be given to all the encroachers / interested parties and opportunities should be given to them and they will be removed by adhering to due process of law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
