Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to register the sale of the scheduled property of Ayan Punja comprising in Survey No.947/2 constituting the extent of 0.23.0 hectares, situated at Kunnur Village, Kunnur Sub-Registrar Office, Virudhunagar District, in favour of the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2019 to the 3rd respondent in accordance with law. ORDER

Today, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and has also made the following endorsement: "As the matter has become infructuous and the sale deed has been executed by the respondents, I may be permitted to withdraw the case."

2. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
