O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.140 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police, for the offences punishable under Sections 279 and 337 of IPC.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and in the alternative would seek that a direction may be issued to the first respondent police to complete the investigation as early as possible. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the first respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
